My Story
My dad often says that I've read more in a few years than he has in his whole lifetime — which is probably true. My mom often asks me why it is I love literature so much, my simple answer is: I want to explore and learn about the world around me through other people's perspectives, not just my own. When I was a kid, my two dream jobs were inventor and explorer. Naturally, as a 6-year-old, exploring the world was near impossible, however, books offered the perfect solution. I became an explorer of the world and continue to bear witness to the magnificent inventions of authors from every corner of the earth.

The reason I started Witty Reviews is quite simple: to have a creative output. Originally, I planned on using this website to review solely literature, but being a music and film fanatic as well I felt it would be a shame to neglect them completely (though the main focus is still literature). Thus, Witty Reviews, a site for me to dump all my opinions and views on books, movies, book-to-film adaptations, albums, etc. was born.

Through this website, I hope I will encourage you, my readers, to read what you love but also broaden your mind through novels you've never heard of before or never would've picked up for yourself.
